General Job Description:
The function of the Assistant Mail Manager position is to lead the operation of mail
services at the institution, enabling the Campus Store to serve customers in every
aspect of mail, retail, and course materials. It also maintains store stock and
appearance, and completes sales using a point-of-sale system to sustain cash and
inventory levels. We want team members who can provide outstanding customer
service and take pride in the role they play on our team and on campus. This position’s
main focus is to deliver mail and packages on campus. We are seeking a candidate

Role Introduction:
The University of Saint Francis Interim Assistant Manager works directly with the Store Manager/Account Director to integrate the Slingshot culture within our campus store. We are looking for an Interim Assistant Manager who desires to engage the Saint Francis campus community while furthering the culture and values of both Slingshot and the institution.

Role Function:
- Creates a welcoming environment and builds rapport in the store, supporting Saint Francis students, parents, staff, and faculty
- Oversees and assists day-to-day store operations, including operating and troubleshooting equipment, programs, and customer engagement
- Serves customers through focused engagement—both in person and on the phone—as well as point-of-sale operations, online sales, and shipping

General Job Description:
Responsible for preparing inclusive access course materials for the start of classes, troubleshooting digital product issues, compiling reporting for publishers, and performing quality assurance checks for the Procurement team. Role Function:
● Own the entire life cycle of inclusive access adoptions for assigned publishers.
